Make hair removal wax at home by yourself

There are times when you can't find the time to visit the salon to get your waxing done. When that happens, it's better to get waxed at home instead of shaving.

Step 1:
Take a saucepan and heat some sugar in it. Keep stirring until it starts melting. Let the sugar caramelise.

Step 2:
Mix in a few drops of honey and lemon into the mixture. Keep stirring until the mixture becomes really hot.
While stirring, you need to make sure that the wax has good consistency.

Step 3:
If you think that the mixture is too thick, add a little water to it and keep mixing.

Step 4:
Once the mixture is ready , take it off the stove and keep it at room temperature for about an hour and allow it to cool down.

Step 5:
Once the wax has been cooled, take a tin container and refrigerate it.

* Benefits of using homemade wax:

- Compared to the ones that are available in the market, a homemade wax has several benefits. Here are a few.
- Since the wax is made using natural ingredients, it makes your skin soft and glow.
- You are not likely to develop any skin rash or infections by using homemade wax.
- It will remove the hair as well as will also moisturise your skin.
- Homemade wax lessens the production of hair, so the next time you wax, you will realise that the hair growth has considerably reduced.
- It will exfoliate your skin and also open the pores of your skin to allow the dirt to get out.

How to take care of your skin after waxing:

- Always apply a moisturiser after you are done waxing.
- You can also wet the skin us ing a damp cloth so that it stays nourished and does not dry out immediately .
- Avoid going out in the sun too much after waxing. In case you have to, always wear a sunscreen.
- Avoid taking warm or hot wa ter showers after you've waxed. This will strip you off the essential oils.
- Before you go to bed at night, apply a nourishing lotion on the area so that your skin stays moisturised.
- If the area starts itching or turns red, apply talcum pow der to reduce it.
- You can also try applying a cube of ice on the affected area to reduce the redness.

Visit a dermatologist if the problem persists.

Whitening Teeth at Home with these 3 Natural Ways

Whiter teeth, like thick, shiny, hair, is something that many people in our cosmetically driven world desire today. In fact, Americans spend over $1.4 billion dollars in over-the-counter teeth whitening products every year-that’s a good chunk of money just to achieve a different shade of teeth. I’ll be the first to admit that I’ve tried OTC teeth whitener-I even paid to have my dentist do it once. It worked for a bit, but my teeth got so sensitive I couldn’t stand it. I also felt I really didn’t need to be so obsessed with the color of my teeth that I paid a bunch of money for a bunch of who-knows-what that made my teeth hurt, so I started looking into more natural alternatives. With a bit of patience, I think you can naturally restore whiteness to your teeth. They may not get to be scary sear-out-somebodies-corneas –when-you –smile white, but they’ll appear more like you took good care of your pretty pearly whites rather than just bleaching them like crazy.

Why do teeth get yellow?
To figure out how to whiten our teeth, we have to know why they get yellow in the first place. There are several factors that play a part, including genetics, what kind of food and drink you consume, and how well you practice oral hygiene. A tooth is made up of 4 tissues-enamel, which is the strong white covering that protects the tooth, dentin, which supports the enamel and is a hard yellow material that carries nerves, pulp, which is at the center of the tooth and contains blood and lymph vessels, and cementum, which covers the root of the tooth.

The enamel and dentin is what play the biggest role in color. Certain food and drinks will directly stain the enamel, yes, but over time the two biggest culprits are the nasty food and drink that actually break down the enamel, and weakening enamel as we age. As the enamel breaks down, it reveals the yellow dentin underneath. These remedies will focus on whitening teeth that have already lost some white enamel, but it’s also good to keep in mind that doing things to strengthen enamel is just as important so you can keep it from breaking down further. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure (or whitening!)

1. Baking Soda and Lemon Juice Paste

Baking Soda isn’t a shocker here. Sodium bicarbonate (its official name) is mildly abrasive; gently scrubbing away surface stains to return teeth to a whiter shade. It’s also very alkaline (the opposite of acidic) so I would think if you have a very acidic mouth or eat a lot of acidic food, it could help balance out the Ph, which would be useful as acid breaks down enamel-this is strictly speculation on my part. It will also reduce the acidity of the lemon juice, which acts as a natural bleach of sorts. I use a mixture of baking soda and water on some days, and use the lemon juice on others, as I don’t want to overdo it.

You will need:

-Several teaspoons of baking soda
-Enough lemon juice or water to form a paste
-A toothbrush

Directions:
Mix several teaspoons of baking soda with enough fresh lemon juice (or water) to make a paste. Wipe your teeth and any extra saliva off of them with a paper towel. Put a good amount of paste onto your toothbrush and apply.

Leave the paste on for 1 minute, then rinse, so as to avoid the acid effecting enamel. If you are using just water you can leave it on for up to 3 minutes.

2. Strawberry, Salt and Baking Soda Scrub

Strawberries are high in Vitamin C, which can help break-down plaque that is causing your teeth to look yellow. It also has an enzyme called malic acid, which may help to remove surface stains. The salt acts as an abrasive portion of the paste, physically scrubbing away stain-causing gunk, and the baking soda is an extra touch that you can choose to leave out if you’d prefer (I just like to add it to anything involving my teeth.)

You will need:

-1-3 large strawberries
-A pinch of seat salt
-1/2 teaspoon of baking soda (optional)

Directions:
Mash the berries into a pulp, and add a pinch of sea salt and ½ teaspoon of baking soda, if you’re using it. Wipe any extra saliva off your teeth with a paper towel, and then apply a generous portion of the mixture to a toothbrush and apply. Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes, then rinse. Do this nightly.

3. Coconut Oil Rinse

I know this sounds absolutely mad (I thought it was crazy too when I first read about it) but rinsing your mouth with coconut oil (called ‘oil pulling’) is a unique, old, remedy that people swear by to help whiten teeth. It doesn’t sound like the most pleasant thing in the world, but I actually don’t mind the taste, and I think it does make a difference in the color of your teeth. It won’t make a difference by “bleaching” per say, but lauric acid in coconut oil can rid your teeth of bacteria found in plaque that can make them yellow. It is also supposed to promote gum health, and help keep your breath fresh.

You will need:

-About a tablespoon of coconut oil

Directions:
In the morning, before you brush your teeth, scoop out a tablespoon or a little less (depending on the size of your mouth) of coconut oil. You can either soften it, or just put it in your mouth (I usually do the latter, and just let it soften.) Push, swish, and “pull” the oil through and around your teeth for 10-15 minutes, then spit it out, rinse with water, and brush your teeth.

Note: You can use either of the pastes after you have brushed your teeth at night if you prefer.

Are these remedies going to guarantee ridiculously white teeth within a week? No. You may start to see a difference, but it won’t be as instant as the commercial products. In the end, will your teeth be so white people squint when you open your mouth? No. And I like it better that way. I’ve found that since using these my teeth are indeed whiter, my mouth overall feels healthier and it doesn’t look like I bleached the life out of myself. We live in a world where photo-shopped faces (and teeth) and make-up covered celebrities set the standard for how we look, which makes life hard for people who like, well, real people. As a result we seem to forget what’s good for ourselves, and spend a ton of money just to look like the ideal. By going natural here, you can save the money for something else, feel better about yourself, and have a healthier mouth (and health is what, in the end, creates real beauty.)

Teeth Whitening Tips:

- Routine. Set up a routine using these remedies and stick to it, at all costs, to get the most out of them.

- While not “natural” per say, using 3% (I repeat, 3%) hydrogen peroxide as a mouth rinse can whiten your teeth through the process of oxidation. It is an active indigent in many OTC whitening kits, but is often times found in much higher (and expensive) combinations in them.

- It’s fairly common knowledge, and difficult in today’s world, but try to avoid dark drinks, such as coke and coffee that stain your teeth.

Here are some Amazing Benefits Of Yogurt Face Mask

The humble yogurt is not just delicious to eat, but is also full of nutrients that offer you an opportunity to enjoy a healthy snack without worries. But did you know yogurt can also work miracles on your skin if you use it as a face mask? Most people are unaware that yogurt face mask has many benefits. And guess what? It is also very easy to prepare.

Nutrients Present In Yogurt:

There is a reason yogurt face mask gives you glowing, youthful skin. It is all because of those wonderful nutrients that are present in yogurt. These nutrients are skin-friendly, and that is what makes a yogurt face mask so effective.

Here is a list of the 4 main nutrients in yogurt that help rejuvenate skin and make it healthy and flawless.

1. Zinc
In 100 g of yogurt, there is approximately 1 mg of zinc. This mineral is renowned for its anti-inflammatory properties, being an astringent, and facilitating cell reproduction and tissue growth. Zinc also helps in regulating sebum, which is produced by the sebaceous glands, thereby curing acne and pimples.

2. Calcium
We all know yogurt is replete in calcium, but did you know that a majority of your epidermis consists of calcium? So supplementing calcium helps in healthy and effortless skin renewal and preventing the skin from getting dry and dehydrated.

3. B Vitamins
Yogurt is replete in vitamins B2, B5 and B12 (1). It is the vitamin B2, or riboflavin, that ensures you have glowing and healthy skin. Riboflavin helps keep the skin hydrated, protects the skin cells from the damage caused by free radicals, aids in cellular regeneration and growth and plays a role in the manufacture of healthy cellular fats. One single cup of yogurt offers you 20 to 30 percent of your daily recommended amount of riboflavin.

4. Lactic Acid
This is one of the main nutrients in yogurt, and it also forms one of the key ingredients in several skincare products. Lactic acid is a great exfoliant and skin moisturizer (2). It also works as an anti-aging agent by reducing the visibility of wrinkles and preventing new wrinkles and fine lines from forming.

Now that we know all about the different nutrients that make yogurt so fantastic for the skin, let’s take a look at all the benefits you can reap by using a yogurt face mask.

Here are some of the wonderful benefits of using this amazing mask. In fact, your skin will thank you for the TLC!

1. Moisturized And Hydrated Skin
If you think your face is looking dull and tired, don’t worry. Gently apply natural yogurt on your face through circular motions. The lactic acid present in the yogurt will help hydrate the skin, thereby alleviating the tired look.

2. Brighter Skin
The lactic acid present in yogurt inhibits the production of an enzyme called tyrosinase. This enzyme is responsible for the production of melanin. Melanin is what causes your skin tone to darken. When melanin production is inhibited, you end up with a brighter skin tone.

3. Exfoliation
Yogurt is a great skin exfoliant. The lactic acid present in yogurt is the natural alpha hydroxyl acid, which helps remove dead skin cells. Lactic acid does not irritate the skin and also ensures proper removal of dead skin cells. This, in turn, stimulates the cells to renew faster.

4. Blemish-Free And Flawless Skin
If you use a yogurt face mask every day, you can destroy the bacteria that cause acne and pimples. The zinc present in yogurt reduces skin inflammation and also aids in reducing the amount of oil produced by the sebaceous glands. The probiotics in yogurt destroy the bacteria. The different constituents of yogurt work together to ensure you enjoy a blemish-free skin.

5. Bye-Bye Under Eye Dark Circles
A yogurt face mask could be just what you are seeking to get rid of those persistent and unsightly under eye dark circles. The zinc present in yogurt helps to lighten blemishes and scars and also brightens the skin tone. Using yogurt face mask regularly will help to get rid of those dark circles once and for all.

6. The Fountain Of Youth
A yogurt face mask contains potent antioxidants that prevent free radicals from damaging your skin. So you can delay the onset of wrinkles and fine lines by using this mask regularly. It is the lactic acid present in yogurt that prevents your skin from aging before its time.

7. Infection-Free Skin
The lactic acid in the yogurt has antifungal properties. Hence, a yogurt face mask is a good way to combat any fungal infection. You just have to use the face mask for 4 to 5 times a day until the infection clears up and you are good to go!

8. Soothes Sunburns
The zinc present in yogurt is the key to soothing sunburns. It will help alleviate the burning and itching sensations that sunburns cause. You don’t need anything else. If your face has got badly sunburnt, just apply some natural yogurt as a face mask. The zinc will help reduce the redness and inflammation and also help in balancing the natural oils on your skin. It is also said to suppress the UVB-induced production of melanin (3).

Mixing Yogurt With Other Ingredients:

You have the option of using natural, plain yogurt on its own or in combination with other skin-friendly ingredients. Some of the ingredients that you can use to enhance the effect of your yogurt face mask are as follows:

* Grated Carrots
If you have dry skin and want it to look healthy, soft and moisturized, add some grated carrot to the yogurt and apply it on your face. It will rejuvenate the skin and give a natural sheen that is attractive.

* Lemon Juice
This is a great addition to the yogurt if you have oily or dull skin. It will help clear clogged pores and exfoliate your skin. The lemon juice helps to even out skin tone and make it brighter.

* Honey
To make your skin supple, add some honey to the yogurt face mask and apply on your face. Honey is a natural humectant, according to the National Honey Board, and will lock the moisture within your skin and prevent it from getting dry. This reduces the chances of wrinkle formation. Also, honey has antibacterial properties, which help to fight pimples and acne.

Things To Remember:

While yogurt face mask is great for your skin, there are a few precautions you need to take.

- If you have sensitive skin, you may experience a slight tingling sensation when you apply the face mask. However, if your skin is ultra-sensitive, you could experience a stinging and burning sensation. If such a reaction occurs, wash the face mask immediately with water. Get an allergy test done. You could be allergic to the lactic acid or probiotics present in natural yogurt.
- In case you are allergic to dairy products or alpha- and/or beta- hydroxyl acid, unfortunately you will not be able to use yogurt face mask and enjoy its benefits.
- When buying yogurt for face mask, make sure you choose one that is plain, organically produced and replete with fat. You definitely want a full-fat yogurt to ensure your skin gets all the moisturization and nourishment it deserves.

If you have dry skin, blend in a teaspoon of honey to moisturize your skin.

Two Methods To Remove Gel Nail Polish At Home

It has been a long day at work. You’ve been battling to meet deadlines, attend conferences, and deal with people who aren’t exactly your favorite. What a better way to de-stress than to get your nails done? Sitting back and relaxing, while your nails look aesthetically pleasing in a pastel blue shade by the end of it – sounds amazing, doesn’t it? Now let’s fast forward to about two weeks later, when the gel starts to chip off. From personal experience, I know that you wouldn’t want to waste a trip to the salon just to get the polish removed. Have no fear, for I am here to tell you how to safely remove gel polish right in the comfort of your own home.

The Different Methods Of Removing A Gel Manicure

Given here are the two methods on how to remove gel nail polish at home, check out.

1. The Foil Method

This method involves covering your nails with a cotton ball soaked with acetone and putting a foil over it. This is the safest method and the most popular one as well. If you’ve ever been to a salon to get it removed, you would notice that they do the same thing!

You Will Need:

- 10-15 cotton balls
- 10-15 strips of aluminum foils (big enough to wrap around your fingers)
- Pure acetone
- Gritty nail file
- Orange stick
- Petroleum jelly

* Step One

The first thing you have to do is remove the top shiny coat, which is what keeps the paint from chipping. You have a better chance of removing the polish once this layer is gone. Grab a gritty nail file and buff away the top coat. You should have nails that look nearly matte and rough. Do not file beyond the top coat as you may come too close to your actual nail and damage it.

* Step Two

Apply petroleum jelly to the skin around the nails. This helps to protect the skin from the strong acetone.

* Step Three

Douse a cotton ball in acetone, and be generous about it! This is what will help the gel polish to flake off. Make sure that the acetone is 100% pure, as it is the most effective. Place the cotton ball over the nail completely.

* Step Four

Wrap the cut pieces of aluminum foil over the cotton balls. The foil will help to keep the acetone from evaporating, and will soak into the gel polish. Now you must wait for about 30 minutes. Yes, it is a time-consuming process, but hey, you got to enjoy your gel manicure for two weeks, didn’t you? Be patient and relax or watch a movie during this time.

* Step Five

After 30 minutes, check to see if the polish is flaking off. You can use either an orange stick or your nail to check. Slightly start pushing at the end of the polish. In case you find that some areas aren’t flaking off, soak it again for an additional 10 minutes. This should be enough time for the polish to come off.

* Step Six

Clean any leftover polish and wash your hands with soap to get rid of the acetone on your fingers. Trust me, you do not want to walk around like that, lest you wanna catch fire! Acetone is highly inflammable so make sure to store it away in a cool and dry place. Once you are done, apply a nail oil or cream to protect the nail, as it may look dry.

2. The Soaking Method

This method takes a longer time and is not as preferable, as it involves directly soaking your fingers in acetone. It still works the same and you do not need the foils or the cotton balls.

You Will Need:

- One large bowl
- One medium bowl
- Pure acetone
- Gritty nail file
- Orange stick
- Petroleum jelly

* Step One

Fill the bigger bowl with warm water. Ensure that it is only warm and not hot. Keep the acetone away from extreme heat as it is highly inflammable. Pour the acetone into the medium and place it into the bigger bowl to achieve a double boiler effect, and leave it for 3-5 minutes.

* Step Two

In the meantime, much like the previous method, you must buff away the top coat layer with a gritty nail file. Once you are done, it should look matte. Coat the skin around the nails in petroleum jelly to protect the skin.

* Step Three

Place your fingers in the warm acetone, and soak them for about 10-15 minutes or till the polish begins to flake off.

* Step Four

Use an orange stick or your nails to push at the edge of the flaking polish. It should easily come off. If it is still stubborn, you may soak them for a while longer.

* Step Five

Clean up any leftover polish and wash your hands with soap to completely remove the acetone on your fingers. Your nails will probably look and feel dry at this point, so make sure to use nail cream and cuticle oil. Removing gel nail polish with acetone can be a tedious task.

There you go! Two sure shot methods to safely remove a gel manicure.  Now you no longer have to break your schedule, waste time and money, and go all the way to the salon to get the gel polish removed. Now that you know how to take off gel nail polish, what are you waiting for? Okay, now I’m going to go and schedule a gel manicure for myself, and so should you!

10 Effective Home Remedies To Stop Underarm Odor Forever

Did you ever come across someone who makes you wonder what on earth makes them smell so good ALWAYS? Do they bathe with flower petals or is it because they use a perfume that nobody is aware of?

Excessive sweating or underarm odor is one thing that makes us conscious or worried, especially when we are with a bunch of people. But, to be honest, body odor is a very common phenomenon, and it is nothing to be ashamed of. If you’re a victim of underarm odor and if you are annoyed by it, then this article is just for you.

Before we start discussing the ways to get rid of underarm odor forever, let’s first understand why you might have bad body odor. It is usually caused due to heavy perspiration, which might happen because of an intense workout, or if you’re extremely nervous, or if your body gets extremely overheated. To cool down, our body secretes sweat. Since we have the maximum number of sweat glands in our armpits, we tend to sweat more in these areas. When this sweat comes in contact with bacteria, our underarms start emitting a foul smell.

Showering frequently is, of course, a no-brainer, but there are a few other hacks as well that can help you bid goodbye to underarm odor forever. Here are a few of them:

1. Use Baking Soda.

Baking soda is a very popular ingredient used to get rid of odor in the laundry or fridge. But, did you know that it can also be used to get rid of underarm odor? Baking soda is a natural and gentle ingredient. When you mix it with a little bit of cornstarch and apply the mixture to your underarm area, it helps in keeping your skin dry. And this keeps you smelling fresh all day long. Try this method out just before you are about to get dressed.

2. Try Apple Cider Vinegar.

Apple cider vinegar is another ingredient that helps in getting rid of underarm odor. You can apply it directly. Or, pour a small amount of water in a bowl, add a few drops of lemon juice and a little amount of apple cider vinegar to it. Mix the ingredients well and transfer this mixture to a spray bottle. Before you get dressed up or after you take a bath, spray this mixture on your underarm area. It will keep the odor-causing bacteria at bay. You can also reapply it whenever you wish to.

3. Use Tea Tree Oil.

Tea tree essential oil is a great ingredient to cure all types of skin issues, and underarm odor is one of them. It has been used as an antibacterial and antifungal agent since ages. You can apply it directly to your underarm area. Alternatively, mix tea tree oil with a few drops of rose water. Spray this mixture on your underarms and get rid of that pesky odor in no time. You can use your favorite essential oil and smell fresh throughout the day.

4. Lemon Juice

Lemon juice can solve the problem of body odor as it balances the pH levels of the skin. All you need to do is place a thin slice of lemon under your arms and keep it on for 10-15 minutes. This will impart a refreshing citrusy fragrance that lasts all day long.

5. Apply Alcohol.

Alcohol is definitely one of those ingredients that can be used for multiple purposes, and eliminating body odor is one of them. Mist some alcohol under your arms, and it will surely help you in masking the odor. However, you need to make sure that you use odorless alcohol.

6. Use Hydrogen Peroxide.

Hydrogen peroxide is one of the best ways to get rid of underarm odor. Pour a small amount of hydrogen peroxide in a bowl and add a few drops of plain water or rose water to it. Mix both the ingredients well and then transfer this mixture to a spray bottle. Spray it on your underarms after you take a bath.

7. Rub Alum.

Did you know that rubbing alum on your underarm area can eliminate body odor? However, you need to follow the method carefully, because just dry rubbing a piece of alum won’t do! Before you rub it, make sure you soak that piece of alum in water for a few seconds and then use it.

8. Mind What You Eat.

As the old saying goes, you are what you eat. And hence, you emit whatever you eat or drink. This is why you should be thoughtful about what you put in your body. When you have a diet full of spices, onion, or garlic, the same comes out through the pores of your skin. And this smell can last for up to 48 hours (or maybe more, depending on how much you have had).

On the other hand, eating fresh fruits and vegetables can be really helpful in keeping your body fresh and smelling good.

9. Keep Your Body Hydrated.

Keeping your body hydrated and drinking a lot of water is not only great for your overall health but it also keeps your body moisturized. This helps the scents to stick to your body for a longer time.

10. Stop Shaving.

Shaving the armpit area usually creates problems as the skin over there is quite sensitive. When you apply shaving creams or depilatory creams over there, it might cause skin irritation. Moreover, when you use a razor, it aggravates the irritation, allowing the bacteria and germs to grow. The moisture formed due to it causes underarm odor.

These were a few secrets of people who always smell good. So, what are you waiting for? Try these methods and say bye-bye to underarm odor forever.

Tip 4 – In spite of taking good care of your health, does it make you wonder why your hair is so dry and frizzy? The culprit might be the level of chlorine present in the water. Use a shower head with filters. It will help reduce the side effects of chlorine on your hair.

Tip 5 – If you want healthy and glossy hair, it is very important that your scalp should be healthy too. You can go either for a scalp treatment or regular oiling and massage.

Tip 6 – Curly hair looks lovely, but it is a bit difficult to manage it. Look for a cleansing conditioner that will remove the dirt and nourish your curls.

Tip 7 – Not many of us know the benefits of leave-in conditioners. They help in maintaining the structure of your curls and protecting your natural strands, especially in warm weather. Go for a cream-based formula.

Tip 8 – Another tip for girls with curly hair – here’s the general rule of styling for you guys – the thicker your curls are, the thicker the consistency of your styling product should be.

Tip 9 – What do you generally do when you start noticing that your hair is becoming frizzy? Ummm, you go for a straightener or a smoother. Well, let me tell you, this makes the situation more worse in the long run. Instead, go for a frizz-free serum. This will protect your fragile mane from getting frizzy.

Tip 10 – Do you always feel scared before going for a haircut, wondering whether it will suit you or not? We have a very simple solution for you – take 2 or 3 pictures of the haircut that you want to have, and explain it well to your hairstylist. The outcome will be really good.

Tip 11 – Whenever in doubt, go with braids. A quick braid with some bangs falling over your eyes is enough to give you a chic look.

Tip 12 – Looking for a faster hair growth remedy? Biotin can turn out to be very helpful as it stimulates the growth of thicker and stronger hair.

Tip 13 – Your hair styling tools play a great role in maintaining the strength and health of your hair. The best brush that I would recommend is a natural boar bristle brush. It helps in spreading the sebum down the hair shaft evenly. This results in softer and smoother hair texture.

Tip 14 – If you have oily hair, you can get rid of excess sebum from your hair by using this simple home remedy – take two tablespoons of fresh lemon juice and add half an avocado (crushed) to it. Now, add two to three tablespoons of apple cider vinegar and two tablespoons of mayonnaise to it. Mix well and apply this homemade conditioner to your hair and let it settle for half an hour. Massage your scalp well for five minutes and rinse it off with lukewarm water. Doing this once in 15 days will make your hair healthy and oil-free.

Tip 15 – Even a simple vinegar rinse (2-3 tablespoons) mixed with a warm cup of water greatly conditions your hair. Massage this mixture on your scalp for some time, then wash your hair with shampoo. If you wish, you can skip applying conditioner as the vinegar rinse itself does the job of a conditioner.

Tip 16 – It is very essential to protect your hair from sun damage. So, every time you buy a hair care product, make sure it contains UV filters as they contain shields that protect your hair from the harmful rays of the sun and neutralize the effect of free radicals on your hair.

Tip 17 – Applying a thickening spray to your regular blowout routine can make the process easy and help the hairstyle stay for longer. All you have to do is apply it to the roots of your hair and blow dry your hair using a round brush.

Tip 18 – Another product that can help you make your hairstyle stay put is dry shampoo. It is a massive timesaver for women with any hair length.

Tip 19 – If you wish for those glam boho waves, apply some mousse to the mid-lengths of your hair.

Tip 20 – Flaunt beachy, perfectly tousled waves the entire year with the help of a beach spray. It will give your hair a nice wavy texture.

Tip 21 – You can also take the help of texturizers. Just apply it and see the magic that it does to your hair!

Tip 22 – If you’re too enthusiastic about your looks and love to try a different one every time, hair color is an excellent option! You can get a hair color kit from a local drugstore and try amazing hair colors.

Tip 23 – If you want to maintain your hair color, it is very necessary to use a color-treated shampoo and conditioner. Do not forget that hair color is an investment, and protecting it is your responsibility.

Tip 24 – If you want to dye your hair, remember the thumb rule – select a shade that is 2-3 shades lighter than your original hair color.

Tip 25 – If you use a hair chalk, make sure you shake your fingers through your hair before you step out of your house. This will prevent the color from staining your clothes.

Along with all these tips and tricks, we would like to add one more tip to the list that is good not only for your hair but also for your overall health – manage your diet. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables. Hope you found these tips useful.
