1. The Cheek Workout

How To Do It:

- Close your mouth and press your lips together

- Transfer the air towards your left cheek and hold the position for 10 more seconds
- Transfer the air towards your right cheek, and continue by holding for 10 more seconds
- Do about 10 – 15 cycles

How To Do It:

- Inhale deeply with your mouth and fill it with air
- Close your mouth immediately and transfer the air from one side of the cheek to another. This has to be done as if you are swishing water inside your mouth

How To Do It:

- Repeat three times

How To Do It:

7. Lips Pull 2

How To Do It:

- Move your upper lip over your lower lip
- Pull it upwards, and as close to your nose as possible
- Hold the pose for 15 seconds, after which you can relax

8. Surprise Me

How To Do It:

- Open your eyes wide. Make sure your eyebrows aren’t wrinkled
- Stay this way and focus on a point at a distance
- Maintain the position for about 10 seconds, and relax
- Repeat four times

9. Jaw Release

How To Do It:

- Begin by moving your jaw as if you are chewing something
- Ensure your lips are closed as you perform this exercise
- Inhale deeply, and hum as you exhale

- Maintain this position for about five seconds, after which you can relax
- Repeat 10 times

How To Do It:
